Overview: This website is operated by Next Level Career Services, LLC (“Company”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Next Level Career Services, LLC. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ordering from this website.

Timeliness: After the client supplies the requested information, Next Level Career Services, LLC will provide an estimated timeframe when the first draft within 7 to 10 business days.

Pricing: Next Level Career Services, LLC prices are valid for 60 days from the time of order placement. If the writing process has not begun at the time a refund is requested, client will receive a full refund less any service fees. If client requests cancellation after first draft has been provided, it is up to Company discretion to refund amount based on a reasonable estimate of the time already spent on the project at the time of cancellation.

Protected Property: Next Level Career Services, LLC retains intellectual ownership of all work written.

Edits: Client will have five (5) days to review the proof and provide feedback before the document is considered final. Outside of the one-week period, additional charges maybe incurred to finalize the document.

Employment Disclaimer: Next Level Career Services, LLC, does not guarantee job placement. The outcome is dependent on Clients ‘motivation, determination, persistence.

Error Disclaimer: It is the Client responsibility to provide Company with accurate and truthful information. Next Level Career Services, LLC is not responsible for information obtained from a client that is inaccurate or incorrect.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies. The Company assumes no liability after the resume has been proofread by the client and documents have been finalized.  

Change to Terms: We reserve the right, at the company discretion, to update, change or any part of these Terms of Service.  It is the Client’s responsibility to check for changes. By purchasing company services, you are agreeing to the current terms outlined in this agreement.
